                                            Saibaba gave a vision to Bapusahab Buti and Shyama simultaneously to build the temple of Muralidhar in the space flanked by the Gurusthan and the Dwarkamai . The work started in 1917 , when Baba himself broke the coconut as an auspicious sign . Baba told them that he would stay in the wada (abode ) after it was built and play with his children . This plot if land was full of big trees and presented dense forest -like appearance . Thorny plants and cactus growth was found in abundance . Insects , reptiles and scorpions used to stay within the bushes and thickets and Buti had to clear this all to make it worthy of habitation .To simple - minded Bapusaheb and Shyama it seemed Baba wanted Gopal Krishna Mandir to built there . They never dreamt that he would transform the temple into his samadhi place . They supervised the construction of inner underground cell and the main hall . When the pedestal (on which the idol of Muralidhar Krishna was to be installed ) was constructed , Baba told that he will come there to talk with his young comrades and associates . He told Uddhav Buva that he should not come to Shirdi hereafter . 

                            All these suggestions were specific and were pointers to Baba's impending samadhi . The flame of the Master was eager to finally merge in the lunar orb which denotes the symbolic crescent moon and the star of universal awareness as per spiritual parlance . This is the origin and final abode of Saints , Master and apostles .
